By the time Jack Arkell finished his joint honors degree in Creative Writing and Journalism, he knew that these were routes he didn't want to go down. But a nine month adventure working in Spain would soon give him the chance of pursuing a career he never considered, Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) in South Korea.
