ABOUT THIS EPISODE'S GUEST:

Harley is a real estate investor, entrepreneur, and former software architect with a passion for empowering others to achieve business and lifestyle freedom. After earning his Master’s in Computer Science from USC, he led innovative projects in the defense industry before transitioning to real estate. Harley and his wife, Adrienne, began their real estate journey in 2011, steadily expanding their portfolio through strategies like BRRRR, flipping, and 1031 exchanges, while investing in syndications to diversify. In 2020, they moved to Chattanooga, TN, to enhance their lifestyle and tap into a thriving market. Frustrated by the inefficiencies of managing investments and a real estate team, Harley founded Workergenix, providing businesses with skilled virtual professionals to streamline operations and focus on growth. Now living abroad as digital nomads with their three children, Harley and Adrienne continue to invest, travel, and share their journey to inspire financial independence.
