“Ang ginagawa ko sa Holy Mass, para akong bentilador, para akong electric fan na nag swi-swing. ‘Uy, may maganda doon. Uy, may maganda doon. Uy, may maganda doon. Uy.’ So may targeting ‘yong aking mata. Kaya minsan nakasalamin ako para makita ‘yong mga chix. And I did not want to, I just really want to focus on the Eucharist pero wala eh. And then I was just really feeling bad. And then the Jesuit priest said, ‘JPaul, you are young. And mukha kang maraming passion na bata, mukhang gigil kang human being. So, did you know that prayer is not only contemplative. The contemplative side of the Catholic faith is beautiful but maybe masiyado ka pang bata or wala ka pa d’yan. So what I want you to do is when you serve, serve with all your heart. So pag may activity ‘yong Church o ‘yong community, pag nagpulot ka ng basura, treat it as if you’re praying to God. When you welcome people, treat it as you’re praying to God. So everything you do, diba very Jesuit na, it is your prayer to God.’ So that slowly moved me, that slowly transformed my heart to falling in love with God.”
