While Camille Spinelli has always been an entrepreneur at heart, she found herself in the real estate business by accident when her grandmother left her a property through an estate. From there, Camille immediately recognized the power of real estate and made it her life goal to accumulate a solid rental portfolio that would provide her and her husband with the ability to live life on their own terms. After a ton of lessons and some creative financing deals, Camille was able to build her portfolio up to $2.6M in assets, with $1.2M in equity. Camille and her husband’s portfolio nets them approximately $10,000 per month in cash flow. As Camille says, “hard road now, easy life ahead.”
