Popcorn first became available in India in the 1950s. The duo that brought the snack to the country braved genocide, Siberian labour camps, and many treacherous journeys before setting out on their entrepreneurial journey. On the first episode of the Bangalore In Stories podcast, we speak with Ms. Ingrid Everall, who watched her parents establish a popcorn empire in India in the unlikeliest of circumstances.
