Who is Rachel Mathews?

From Colchester Council Watch fame which went viral, Rachel Mathews has been an international garden designer for over 30 years & teaching garden design online for the last 15. Her love of travel led her to become a digital nomad whilst running her online garden design business which she wrote about in her first book Misadventures of a Digital Nomad which received many 5 star reviews on Amazon. In 2020 she became stuck in Spain during the first lockdown and Italy in the second. Those experiences changed her life forever, causing Rachel to return to the UK to crusade against all she had discovered to be wrong during the lockdowns. Council Watch was part of this change in direction. 

Rachel is now concentrating on her passion of online education creating courses in subjects which fascinate her and will help people struggling in these uncertain times.
