Have you noticed that business IS leadership.

I decided that instead of finding the next "hack" "script" or "secret" to selling more of my stuff, it was time for me to learn about leadership.

Let me ask you this...  How do YOU end up connecting with someone and eventually buy their product/program?

Take a second and let me know in the comments, because success leaves clues, and you might very well find out something powerful by reflecting on what gets YOU to take action.

For me... Something attracts me to that person/business, and influences me to buy their product/program.

Then, if they are doing it right, they influence me to actually use it so I get results.

I'm not sure why, but I decided in the beginning to overcomplicate this equation.

I focused on all the "hacks" "scripts" and "secrets" to get people to take action, and after that doesn't work... 

I resorted to yet another "new trick" that promises to work this time.

When in fact, the answer has been right in front of me the whole time.

It's called leadership.

And it's not about leading people to take the actions YOU want them to take, it's actually using leadership to help them discover how to get to where THEY want

Which is why I wanted to make today's YouTube video and show you what actually helped me succeed in business instead of chasing all the new shiny objects.
