Today I'm joined by Reena Vokoun... Reena is a TEDx speaker, two-time bestselling author, and Founder & CEO of Passion Fit, a wellness platform helping high-achieving women and organizations turn burnout into balance. Before launching Passion Fit, Reena spent over two decades leading digital marketing and business development teams at companies like Google, Yahoo, Reebok, CNET and GE. But it was her passion for empowering women, especially working moms, that led her to build a platform centered on holistic wellbeing, strengths-based coaching and real-life practicality. She's a certified health coach, fitness and yoga instructor, and behavior change specialist through ACE, AFAA and Gallup, and has spoken for global companies including Microsoft, Amazon and Google. Reena is also a TV health contributor for FOX, NBC, ABC and CBS, and hosts her own podcast, Your Power Move by Passion Fit. Her books, The Wellness-Empowered Woman and The Wellness-Evolved Woman, are both Amazon Best-Sellers and have earned honors from the Mom's Choice Awards, the Nonfiction Authors Association and the Book Excellence Awards. Reena was named one of LA Weekly's Top 10 Health and Fitness Leaders of 2023, was a Top 10 finalist in the Ms. Health and Fitness competition, and is a former ESPN National Fitness Championships award winner. Today, Reena is on a mission to help high-achieving women and global teams make wellness their power move.
