Hello my friend — in this episode, I get real raw and open up about a recent bike accident that left me not only sore but wrestling with anger and frustration. I share how hard it can be to forgive — especially when it comes to people who’ve wronged or disrespected me — and how forgiveness alone isn’t always enough. It was a challenge to shift my energy. That moment invited a deeper sincerity and love within myself. Through processing, reflection, self-acceptance, and support from my spiritual helpers, I discovered how powerful it is to shift from resentment (grudge) to gratitude, from reliving the past to finding peace and my power restored in the beautiful now. It's all that will always be.
