1. Define where you want to go – Get clear on your vision and what you’re truly working toward.
2. Understand where you are right now – Be honest about your current situation so you can build from a real foundation.
3. Decide how you’re going to work daily – Create a plan and commit to showing up consistently.
I also share my personal experiences — the wins, the setbacks, and the moments where I had to keep going despite adversity. This framework isn’t perfect, but it’s real, and it’s something that’s helped me continue building toward the life I want.
