In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, I’m getting real about my journey with depression, anxiety, and the silent battles I fought alone. From survivor’s guilt after my car accident in 2018 to being ghosted mid-breakdown, to receiving more judgment than support from my so-called sisters—I’ve been through it.
But I also found peace, purpose, and power in healing. This episode is a love letter to anyone in a dark place right now: you are not weak, you are not crazy, and you are not alone. You deserve joy, support, and to take up space in this world—period.
