After graduating from USC with a degree in biomedical engineering, Dr. Dooley went on to Stanford University School of Medicine. Excited by the opportunities present in Silicon Valley, Tracy took an investment banking job after earning her MD. Since then, Tracy has worked with companies like Novartis Vaccines & Diagnostics and even worked in consulting. Today, Dr. Dooley is a Venture Partner at Avestria Ventures, which invests in early stage life science companies focusing on women's health.
