Originally from Texas, Anatalie David owns not 1, but 2 hair salon locations for her successful self-made business, The Hair Room in Jersey City. Forced to start her life over at the age of 28, on the heels of a divorce, Anatalie moved to Jersey City the week Hurricane Sandy hit - packed up what she could fit in her car, crashed on her sister’s couch, got her first job at Barcade, & first tiny apartment in JC soon after. She now lives with her boyfriend & pit bull in a cozy 2 bedroom in downtown Jersey City.
