- 4:14 - The National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ) is “an advocacy group established in 1975, the largest organization for journalists of color in the nation.” The annual career fair and convention is a valuable experience for recent grads to learn from industry leaders, network, and gain valuable career insights that will pay dividends later in their careers.
