I wrote an article last year titled "How to create demand for you?"  The premise of the article is: there are things you can do to create demand for yourself.  We all have talents and aspirations.  Instead of heads down and focusing just on the company you work for, look up and envision opportunities that are ahead of you.  For episode 13, I interviewed Olivia Hattersley, the inspiration for my article.  Enjoy!
