In this solo episode, I talk about my fitness journey in a chronological manner from childhood to now. I share my stages in obesity, anorexia leading into bodybuilding— all while combating epilepsy. I dig deep to share my unhealthy relationship with food and struggle with self image. Hence, my choice to take a longer offseason before stepping on stage again. Key message: It’s never too late to take time to readjust, refocus and redirect. The comeback is stronger than the setback!
