From Office Drones to Franchise Owners: Sam and Lisa's Bold Leap into Fibrenew
In this installment of the Fibrenew Exchange, we sat down with Franchisees Sam and Lisa Orpillia of Fibrenew Rocklin, just north of Sacramento, CA.
After working from home for a year and a half during the pandemic, Sam's previous employer called him back to the office - something he didn't want to do. The idea of going back to a 9-5 office grind prompted him to look at alternatives. He discovered Fibrenew through a former co-worker who had opened his own franchise with us, and the rest is history.
Sam and Lisa opened Fibrenew Rocklin in January 2023, and in this conversation, they step us through the entire journey to date. From his experience with the initial training to opening their doors to his first few months of operation, what they like and find challenging about running a Fibrenew Franchise, to what the future holds for them and their new venture.
