We have survived winter. Almost. Spring fever will hit soon, and we shall all jump for joy, skip class, fall in love, call in “sick,” and dumbfoundedly stare (with silly grin from ear to ear) at fat bumble bees as they make the rounds from one cherry blossom to another. May this musing give you a little boost to make it through the next few weeks, if you live in the frigid north. A little love letter to the glorious fruits of winter. A little recipe. And, as always, a love letter to the city of our dreams: Paris.
