The internet. Photographer and videographer Randall Spriggs joins the table this episode to discuss the ways that the internet has changed out lived over the last 30 years. The internet has changed the was we eat, make money, find jobs…our entire survival.

We reminisce about our Limewire days and how we listen to our music these days; we discuss how easy it is to reach people who used to be unattainable.

Donna explains why she thinks Chicago is such a magical city and why she thinks its the perfect place for self discovery, but also explains why she may someday move to Portland, Oregon. The guys think Chicago is number one when it comes to women.

At the table there is also discussion about freedom of self; how 2018 created a path to allow everyone to live more fearlessly. The table discusses how they “self-care”, and how the internet has helped everyone feel as if they belong.
