Sam Gordon welcomes a special guest to the studio this week: Jake McGregor, a close friend and Buyers Agent at Australian Property Scout. Jake’s story is incredibly inspiring from a pivotal moment in high school that set off a fire in his belly, to overcoming a $52k loss and turning it into a triple win with his next investment. Over the span of 7 years, Jake has built an impressive $4 million property portfolio, with a huge $1.6 million in equity. Jake and Sam reflect on the beginnings of Jake’s investment journey earning $9 an hour as an apprentice plumber, influenced and encouraged greatly by his parent’s own journey and hard work.
