Interview with Author and Educator, Kim Nugent, Ed D.

Kim Nugent, Ed.D. is the CEO and Innovation Leadership Coach for Kim Nugent Enterprises. Kim  is a Marshall Goldsmith Master Certified and ICF-certified Coach. She specializes in being a leadership and staff development and mentorship subject expert. Her passion is always finding new ways to support professionals in their career growth. Kim is a nine-time best-selling author.

Her passion is working with corrections staff to impact workplace culture. Kim also works with incarcerated men and women to become the best versions of themselves through a structured mentorship program for both pre-release and post-release. She has also created a foodservice mentorship program to retain staff. In her free time, Kim volunteers for the Bridges to Life program.
