When Joseph stands before Pharaoh to interpret his dream, he immediately declares that it will be the Lord, not him, who interprets Pharaoh's dream. Joseph boldly relies upon the Lord, even before Pharaoh. As a result, Pharaoh puts Joseph in charge of Egypt. Joseph relies on the Lord, and in turn, Egypt relies on Joseph.
