Recently the ProductPlan team released their eBook From Product Manager to Product Leader - Lessons from today's product experts and I really enjoyed it.

One of the things I speak a lot about on the Product Coach podcast is how to be a Product Leader and this book really dives into a lot of detail about it and on this podcast Jim Semick from ProductPlan helps us dissect the lessons from the book.
