This podcast will help you create more peace in your home, help your child be capable, independent &amp; curious all while helping you enjoy this special phase of your parenting journey.&nbsp; Hey I’m Marla, a Certified Parent Educator, wife, mom of three and Jesus Follower. Being a parent is the toughest job you will NEVER train for. Even with all of my education and training I still lacked confidence and felt like I didn’t know what I was doing. I was expecting perfection from myself and it caused me to be exhausted.&nbsp;I realized that I needed to cling to two things, Jesus and good developmental principles.&nbsp; I also needed to give myself a break.&nbsp; I realized that if I wanted to parent well and enjoy the journey, I needed to trust Jesus with my children and my parenting. I needed to lean into how children are wired from the beginning.&nbsp; If you are ready to simplify your parenting, grow in your confidence and navigate those challenging phases of the first five years of life with grace and knowledge - this podcast is for you!
