In the second part of our Black History Month Series, Bishop Malcolm addresses authority and responsibility. According to Bishop Malcolm, it is impossible to have one without the other, the more authority we have the more our responsibility increases and vice versa. The idea of the message is for us to start taking more responsibility for our lives rather than placing the responsibility on others.
