Ludmila Praslova is the founding Director of the Graduate Programs in Organizational Psychology at Vanguard University of Southern California. Her passion for bridging academic science and organizational practice was manifested in the founding of Creating Healthy Organizations conference. Her areas of expertise include such important and relevant topics of our time such as intercultural relations, inclusion, diversity, justice and civility, and change. She has recently embarked on a new research program under the banner Diversity - Improving Work for All.Ludmila and I had an interesting conversation revolving around the subject of diversity, equity, and inclusion and the variegated challenges that exist with regard to DE&I in work and society.
