In this episode, Kathy Cruz discusses the entertainment business with a man who spent his life immersed in it, Carey Risinger.

Risinger started his career in "leisure feeding," at age 16 as a busser for Six Flags, and went on to run a blues bar, co-found Lemon Chill and Bob's Pickle Pops, and eventually become the senior vice president of the State Fair of Texas.

Now he co-owns the Stringfellow-gilmartin house with his wife, and together they enjoy Granbury's charm.
