Denise Abreu works at KeyGlee Florida as an Acquisitions Wholesaler. Denise's journey in her wholesaling business is so amazingly inspirational which started in 2021. Prior to that, she's been in health care for 10 years so it was a major pivot, not only in her career but in her life as well. Working in health care when Covid happened took a toll on her. She got laid off. It was her husband who introduced her to wholesaling but she was skeptical and thought the idea of wholesaling was shady. From New York, they moved to Florida in search of opportunities to bring in more money. Attending a three-day event about real estate, Denise and her husband stumbled upon my mentorship, Astroflipping through a friend. She believed in the concept we teach in Astroflipping. She was inspired by a fellow New Yorker, Michelle Garabito, and said to herself that if Michelle can do it, then she can do it too. True enough, when she found her proof of concept in Michelle, she let go of all remaining skepticism and doubt and believed 100% that she too can and will be successful. It was no smooth road but Denise is someone who knows what she wants and would stop at nothing until she gets it. Denise put in the work. She took action. An opportunity to work at KeyGlee Florida's acquisitions team opened up and Denise seized it without hesitation. She spent her first month putting in the work, consistent work and building her pipeline. Nothing was smooth or easy but Denise was out there to crush it. In come the second month, she closed 7 deals. The concept is proven, it's up to us to go after it and turn it into our own success story.
