In this episode, Greenlit's Head of Community and Theatre, Grace O'Keefe talks to an expert panel on the process of taking your play or comedy show from the stage, to film or TV. This live panel was originally presented in conjunction with the Vault Festival.

Natalie Denton

As Development Executive at  Popcorn Group, Natalie coordinates the slate working in development on  numerous film and television projects and coordinates the Popcorn  Writing Award with BBC Writersroom which is held annually at the  Edinburgh Fringe. She was also Assistant Producer on Charlotte Colbert’s  BIFA-nominated SHE WILL which won a Golden Leopard for Best First  Feature at Locarno Film Festival. She is a BAFTA Connect Member and a  BIFA voter.

Simon Nelson

Simon Nelson is  the Drama Development Executive for BBC Writersroom – the BBC’s  department dedicated to the discovery and development of both new and  experienced screenwriters. Based in Broadcasting House, he has  responsibility for writer development in London & the South, as well  as overseeing pan-UK projects which currently include Open Call, Pilot,  Voices South and The Break.  Simon began his career in the theatre,  working across several producing houses in Britain and Ireland before  moving into television where he has worked for various companies as a  story-liner, script editor, director & producer.

Olga Koch

Olga  Koch is a writer and comedian, across radio, television and film. She  was nominated for Best Newcomer at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in  2018, Best Show at Leicester Comedy Festival in 2020, longlisted for  Best Stand Up Show at the National Comedy Awards in 2021 and her show  Fight won the 2022 Writer’s Guild Award for Best Radio Comedy. Olga  collaborates closely with Charlie Dinkin. All of her live shows were  directed by Charlie and BBC Radio 4's Fight and OK Computer were both  co-written by Charlie as well. Olga has also appeared on Mock the Week  (BBC Two), QI (BBC Two), Frankie Boyle's New World Order (BBC Two), Late  Night Mash (Dave), Richard Osman's House of Games (BBC Two), Guessable  (Comedy Central), and Question Team (Dave).
