We can often feel stuck in patterns and cycles marked by the wounds of our past hurts. But it is time to recognize the signs of healing and commend ourselves for our journeys thus far. By recognizing that we're healing (or have already healed) we can break free from old self-sabotaging patterns and proactively take steps towards the healthier and stronger lives we deserve.
