Listen Later

Adversity defines so many aspects of our lives. For some, that struggle can travel to the darkest of places and is often somewhere that many aren’t able to pull themselves out of. My guest today is no stranger to those obstacles and has shown extraordinary tenacity in making the most out of those challenges and has come out the other end more grateful and authentic than ever before.

In 2008, Anil Gupta was on the verge of suicide. Since then, he has launched a successful career in relationship and mindset coaching and has helped world-class clients, including the likes of Mike Tyson and Richard Branson. Through his work, he has held workshops in over 18 countries with audiences of over 10,000 people and aims to impact one billion individuals worldwide.

In this episode, Anil gives insight into the mindset he’s developed over the years and why learning to practice humility and forgiveness has been at the crux of his personal growth. We also discuss his ideologies surrounding relationships and ideal partners, as well as the importance of giving back to those around us.
