Dalton Cook shares his powerful Christian testimony of walking away from God, battling depression and suicidal thoughts, and the night his hand found his Bible instead of his gun.

Baylee’s younger brother opens up about growing up as a pastor’s kid, becoming numb to the power of the Holy Spirit, living a double life, and eventually surrendering his life to Jesus Christ.

After years of rebellion, partying, pride, and lukewarm Christianity, Dalton found himself isolated and at the lowest point of his life. Sitting alone in his truck with a pistol beside him, he believed he was ready to end his life. But when he reached over with his eyes closed, his hand landed on his Bible instead.

That moment became a turning point. It reminded Dalton that God was still present, still working, and not finished with his life.

Dalton also shares why Christian men need biblical community, men’s Bible studies, discipleship, accountability, and honest friendships. He explains how isolation can make temptation, depression, and spiritual warfare more dangerous—and why men were never meant to walk through life alone.

Dalton and Baylee also tell unforgettable stories from their childhood in Russia, where their family worked on massive cattle ranches, navigated extreme culture shock, and watched God use the experience to transform their faith.
