Hey love,
This share is for those of us who are ready to remember who we truly are — beyond the fear, beyond the programming, beyond the hustle.
Take a breath with me.Inhale through your nose.Hold.And exhale through your mouth with a sigh.
Let’s drop in.
There’s a big difference between chasing your purpose and embodying it.One drains your energy. The other fills your soul.
For years, I was in survival mode: pushing, proving, performing. I thought if I just did enough, I would finally be enough. But the truth? I was already enough. I just didn’t feel safe slowing down long enough to remember it.
When I finally stopped running and started breathing… when I let creation move through me instead of trying to control it, everything changed.
My purpose wasn’t something I had to chase. It was something I had to allow.
That’s what I help people remember now. I do this in my mentorships, in my retreats, in the spaces I hold for soul-led beings like you.
Your purpose isn’t a title or a to-do list. It’s a frequency. It’s what happens when you let your truth flow through you freely
.
Let’s talk about the feminine and masculine dance within all of us.
So many women are stuck in their wounded masculine, hustling, controlling, doing, to the point of burnout.
And so many men are disconnected from their healthy masculine, floating in emotion without structure or grounded action.
Neither is wrong. But when they’re out of balance, life starts to feel like chaos or exhaustion, like you’re forcing creation instead of flowing with it.
The divine feminine is flow, intuition, sensuality, and creativity. The divine masculine is structure, protection, and purpose.
When you integrate both, your creation becomes effortless. You move from striving to gliding. You remember that your soul doesn’t awaken through burnout, it awakens through pleasure, presence, and allowing yourself to feel.
When you reconnect to your body — your breath, your voice, your senses — inspiration floods back in.That’s when your art, your business, your relationships, and your ideas come alive.
If you’ve been feeling disconnected from your purpose, it’s not that you’ve “lost” it… you’ve just disconnected from your body. And your body is your temple of remembrance.
Let’s do a quick practice together:
Place one hand on your heart, one on your lower belly.Take a slow inhale through your nose.Hold at the top.And exhale with a soft “ahhhh.”
Feel the energy moving between your hands, between your heart (the masculine, the giver) and your womb or belly (the feminine, the receiver).
Whisper to yourself:
I remember who I am.I am both the creator and the creation.I am safe to soften.I am safe to rise.I am safe to receive and express fully. My purpose flows through me effortlessly, as love.
Take one more breath. Let that truth settle into your cells. This is remembrance.
You are not here to work for your worthiness. You are here to embody it.
If you’re ready to go deeper into this work — to reconnect to your body, awaken your creativity, and align with your soul purpose — I’d love to guide you.
I offer both one-on-one and group mentorships for spiritual creatives and visionaries ready to embody their highest frequency.
You can also join one of my transformative somatic retreats, where we do this deep inner work together: healing, releasing, remembering.
Because your purpose isn’t something you find. It’s something you remember.
And when your inner feminine and masculine energies come into harmony, your soul becomes the art that life has been waiting for.
Until next time ~ stay radiant, stay loving, be free, and keep creating from the light within you.
