Judge Renée Caldwell Hughes, President and CEO, Philadelphia Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC), joins the PHL Diversity Podcast to discuss the progress she has made since taking over the organization in January. The esteemed organization, founded by Reverend Dr. Leon Sullivan in 1964, has helped tens of thousands achieve self-sustainability through workforce opportunities. Judge Hughes is an accomplished executive, formerly of The Hughes Group and American Red Cross of Southeastern Pennsylvania, who served for 15 years on the City of Philadelphia’s court system.
