I began this podcast because of the career shifts I’ve made in my own life. I've worked for the private sector, the public sector, and now, for a non-profit private university. Every time I made a career change, I’ve been asked how. How did I make the switch? Why did I make the switch? As I worked on this podcast, I found that my answers to those questions were not unique, and in fact, were similar across all walks of life and all careers. In this introductory episode, I'll tell you what you can expect from the Career Switch Podcast and a little about my own background.
