On June 22nd, the parliamentary budget office released a report which shows that, even with optimistic assumptions about future use of the (currently under construction) TransMountain pipeline, it would make a net loss. Glenn and Mark look deeper at the foolishness of the federal government in purchasing and pursuing this diluted bitumen pipeline project.
