Abram is called by God away from family, friends, comforts. From the known to the unknown. God needed to get him away. God was setting Abram up. In a good way. He wanted Abram in a space where Abram had to fully rely on God.

Abraham didn’t know all the details. He just followed the one who had called him.

You don’t need to know everything when you're with someone you trust.
