The oldest of 10 siblings, forced Art Limon to embrace the role of leadership by default. There were some bumps as a child to endure, parents were put in jail, he and his siblings were put in foster care. Eventually, reunited with his parents. His mom and dad navigated him with strong principles, growing up in the Barrios wasn't a challenge for him, as he was naturally born with innate abilities to figure things out. With his sharp mind, and immediately after enlisting in the United States Army, he needed to feel the warmth of his upbringings, so he did the unimaginable, convincing the United State Army to do something near and dear to his heart.
