Fisker Inc, a fledgling EV maker, is ramping up actual deliveries of its all new Ocean EV crossover SUV.  By the end of this year, the automaker expects to escalate its delivery rate to 300 vehicles a day.  Eschewing the heavy investment of a from-the-ground-up assembly plant and infrastructure, the company is relying on a well-known contract automaker to actually build the units.
