Pain is temporary...Pride is forever, that's the mantra learned from boot-camp Ian Dahlberg carries with him today. Ian puts in extra hours during the week as he treats his employees like family to ensure they're taken care of during the COVID crisis. Transitioning from the military to civilian life was an adjustment Ian wasn't expecting. Through his tenacious drive to succeed outside of the military, Ian tapped into the G.I. Bill went back to college after the Coast Guard, leading him to become the CEO of Dalhcore. While ascending towards owning his own security company Ian learned a lot of valuable lessons, both in and out of the military, to lead a strong workforce to protect his clients and the public.
