It's been a while...but The Schooled Podcast is back with a short series 'From the Vault'. This is a series of interviews and discussions recorded over the last couple of years, that, for a range of reasons, never saw the light of day.

In Episode 1, Jamie and Josh catch up with Josh Whiddon, the recently appointed Head of Senior School at St Philip's Christian College, Newcastle. We discussed this role and appointment back in Episode 2.1 – ‘Shakespearean Tragedies, Cultural Alignment And Future Leaders’. Josh has been in his current role for almost 2 years now, however we felt this was an essential piece in the conversation around vision and alignment.
