Peter Harken and his brother grew Harken Sailing from a small garage startup in the 1950s to the largest manufacturer of sailing hardware in the world.

Today, Harken has plants throughout the world, and its equipment can be found on everything from the most famous race boats to ultra-luxury mega yachts. 

Peter shares the history of what he learned from sailing scows as a college student to lessons that he applied to the business world as an adult. He will provide inspiration to the listener on how to build an amazing team and organization.
