June 1st is world narcissistic abuse awareness day. In honor of that, we are airing this special episode with my friend Shelby Perkins. The Shelby I know from TikTok takes no shit and speaks her truth, no matter what. But it wasn't always like this. Shelby found herself in a narcissistic abusive relationship that left her feeling isolated, worthless, and silenced. Today, she tells us her story with authenticity and vulnerability for THE VERY FIRST TIME.
