Darin Carter is a computer scientist, cyber security specialist, and advocate for how innovative technologies can catalyze impact. He leads Community Engagement at Coinbase, and works closely with Stand With Crypto, an advocacy effort led by Coinbase that has successfully passed significant legislation to make the crypto industry safer and more trusted. Darin helped create campaigns that use new technologies to solve difficult real world problems, like supporting a platform that provides aid directly to recipients in need after a natural disaster in Haiti, a successful effort to build sustainable housing in El Salvador, a program with Give Directly that provides cash to Harlem families in need, and more.
