When do we make breakthroughs and start a new momentum going on in our lives?
Deciding all in with the huge uncertainty ahead is never something anyone would want to tread on.
It’s only when we lean on the discomfort and unpack it that big opportunities open up for us.
Kate Perkovic is also known as the ‘Sales Sweetheart’. Her passion is helping women master high ticket sales to take their business to six and multi-six figures.
She is a social worker turned sales coach, and she believes to her core that you truly can have a big heart and a big bank account!
She started her online business the way many others do - wanting to help and impact as many people as possible! With starting and growing her business to six figures in less than a year, she made it her mission to help other badass females do the same!
In this episode, Kate shares the big paradigm shift that happened to her that made a big difference in her life now. She grew up not having an entrepreneurial mindset. She also experienced a traumatic life. What she did was use her story to build her up, grow, and not break down. She turned her life around from being a server to one who’s earning so much with a coaching business that truly serves her audience.
We may doubt ourselves if we could do the same as Kate did, but she only has this to say that she wasn’t the person she is now when she started. We have to see what we can do to transform us into the person we admire and aspire to be.
She became the lone wolf when she felt no one in the family supported her. She built her own support system. There was no way for her to break down. She leaned towards the uncomfortable, getting past the fear of what might be out there. She stretched out of her safety net only to find herself on a far better side of life.
What works for her business is the understanding that more than money, building genuine relationships with people gives you an edge. More than ever, people long for true connections, and when they feel it with you, they stick around and take action with you. She believes in not selling but connecting.
To her, what is at the heart of your business doing well is centered on people, how you truly serve them. Once you are receptive to what they want and provide it to them, you will always be top of mind. That’s why she never fails to create a demand for her coaching despite giving freebies.
She has this to say that if you want to create engagement, increase your followers and the people who want to seek help from you, you need to create a brand that’s here to serve.
“The center of your business working well is around the people. And this comes into all areas of your business, in the sense of your delivery and your coaching programs, and really caring about the delivery of how you coach.”
- Kate Perkovic
