On Thursday night, former President Trump was federally indicted on seven charges in the Mar-a-Lago classified documents probe. The indictment comes at the same time as President Biden faces allegations of both bribery and corruption. Critics have accused President Biden of weaponizing the government, using the Department of Justice against an opponent in the 2024 presidential race. Former Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York and Fox News Contributor Andy McCarthy discusses his reactions to the indictment, as well as the legal implications it could have on both the Biden and Trump campaigns ahead of 2024.

Members of the Freedom Caucus have staged a legislative revolt in the House following the debt ceiling compromise reached between Speaker McCarthy and President Biden. The 11 conservative representatives sided with Democrats to block Republican-backed bills, citing their distrust of Speaker Kevin McCarthy and frustration with the insufficient spending cuts within the bipartisan debt limit package passed last week. FOX News Senior Congressional Correspondent Chad Pergram speaks with FOX News Congressional Correspondent Aishah Hasnie to discuss the current tensions among Congressional Republicans, and the ongoing threats to oust Speaker McCarthy with a motion to vacate the chair. Later, they explore a Pentagon whistleblower's claims that the U.S. government has a UFO retrieval program.
