We asked and fans answered - a lot requested extra episode of coronavirus in hospitality industry in now out!
Even if the name indicates towards the whole industry once again we mostly (almost only) cover the hotel industry as seen with eyes of two Finnish clerks. Guests have probably disappeared but there are alot else arrived into hotels lately. Listen up!

On this last episode of our podcast season 1 we're talking about hotel marketing. The title turns out to be more of a fake news than an accurate title for this episode, since we clearly did not do our homework and also only scratched the surface of the whole hospitality marketing field. At least this leaves us something for another season perhaps. Either or, we hope you have enjoyed our season one and if you're reading this and only this description then welcome aboard as a new survivor!
Hotel marketing is more than just pictures of different room types on websites and OTA-channels. Is it better to under promise? That's a question that was left open for you guys to debate about!
Note: Neither of us have been working in a hotel's marketing department, so one could say we have no idea what are we talking about. But that's the point, to speak out as any of front desk agents would.

Not all hotel experiences are good, and what is good for someone else might not work for another. Surely people pour their hearts out on TripAdvisor when something goes wrong on their dream holiday, how should a hotel answer to those? Or should they at all? Does it matter, or does the whole review matter?
