Some foods sound like oxymorons -- like "jumbo shrimp," or "vegetarian meat." In today's show, we’re going to introduce you to the funny sounding "frozen roasted sweet potatoes", which L.A.-based Taiwanese chef George Lee says are like caramel ice cream!

TODAY’S MENU: In our first course, we’ll tell you how the internet responded to the idea of freezing sweet potatoes. In our second course Andrew heads into the FMW test kitchen to roast and freeze some tubers of his own. And in our third and final course, we’ll sample them right here in the studio – are they as good as George Lee says they are?
