To men, once someone says, "I accept Jesus as Lord" we assume that the person is saved. But Jesus says, it must be more than a lip confession. "NOT EVERYONE WHO SAYS, LORD LORD SHALL ENTER THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN." The person must truly believe in the heart.

So I present to you that, there are many who have said the sinner's prayer but are not saved. Why? Because the confession must follow a DEEP-HEARTED BELIEVE, else it's not registered in the realm of the spirit.
