One of the natures’ most delicious and healthy foods… 🍏 FRUIT 🍌
Consuming fruit is a great way to boost your immune health, digestion & general health 🥰
Helping you reach you essential nutrient & fibre intake 👏🏼
Helping to prevent illness and disease 🦠
And even improve your quality of life, moods & energy levels 🧘🏼‍♀️
Fruits are a healthy, natural, plant based food source with NO added processed sugars or preservatives 🏼
Rich in carbohydrates, nutrients, water & different types of fibre 😍

But some of us are not fully aware of how much fruit our body needs or why we need to consume fruit 🍓
Oftentimes, some may even skip eating fruits because they assume fruit has “too much sugar” because it contains natural sweetness 🤔

Others may not eat enough fruits coles down to a sheer lack of motivation to do so 👌🏼
Even being aware of the advantages fruits provide for their health, they may still choose to avoid their intake entirely 😣

It’s the perfect way to start your day - adding fruit to your breakfast 😍
Because fruit contains enzymes that aid digestion!
And fructose for blood glucose balance 👌🏼
Or even as a quick & simple snack “on the go” between meals 🤗

Each fruit varies in their nutritional value and it’s important to understand the portions of each fruit you require daily ☺️
